Most of our orders ship out within 1-2 business days. If a product will take longer to process we will reach out to let you know. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please reach out. We are not responsible for any delays once your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Exchanges – Don't like your candle? We have a fragrance satisfaction guarantee: send your candle back in its original packaging (you'll get a label from us) and we'll give you a discount code to order any new candle of your choice – you'll only be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Returns – We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Your product must be in its original, unused and untarnished state and must be returned in its original box with the protective bubble wrap or foam your product arrived in. We'll refund the cost you paid less the shipping once your order arrives to us.
Damaged or Defective Product – Product arrived not how you expected it? Email us photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace your product or provide a full refund (including shipping).
